Product Description

The roll forming system is the core part of the whole equipment, which is composed of multiple groups of rollers with different shapes. As the sheet is gradually pushed between the rollers, each group of rollers gradually presses and shapes the sheet according to the pre-designed shape. Through continuous rolling action, the originally flat metal sheet is accurately pressed into a glazed tile blank with specific curvature, lines and shapes. Due to the double-layer design, two layers of tiles with different or same specifications can be produced at the same time, which greatly improves production efficiency.
