Shaft & Roller
Entering the forming stage, a series of forming rollers of different shapes and specifications gradually cold-bend the plate in sequence. They accurately shape specific waveforms, rib heights and contours according to the design requirements of the floor deck. The accuracy and surface quality of the rollers directly determine the final forming accuracy and surface quality of the floor deck.
