Hydraulic Pump Station
During the tile pressing process, the hydraulic pump station can control the action of the feed hydraulic cylinder and the pressing hydraulic cylinder to match the feed speed of the plate with the pressing speed, thus ensuring the continuity and stability of the tile pressing process.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Guide and position the feeding direction of the sheet to ensure that the sheet can enter the forming rollers of the tile press accurately and ensure that the tile press rolls the sheet evenly and accurately, thereby producing double-layer trapezoidal corrugated sheets that meet specifications and quality requirements.
Shaft & Roller
High-precision axes can make the movement of components such as rollers more stable and accurate, thereby ensuring that the pressed tiles have high dimensional accuracy, regular shapes, uniform corrugations, and reduce quality defects of tiles.
Pressing Section & Cutter
Through precise cutting, the dimensional accuracy and quality stability of color steel tiles can be effectively controlled. The length and shape of each tile can be accurately controlled, so that the tiles can better cooperate with each other after installation, ensuring the sealing and waterproof properties of the roof or wall, and improving the overall quality of the building.
